Snowshoe 101 Clinic
FREE rentals included- Be prepared to enjoy winter fitness! Learn the basics about snowshoes and understand the different types of experiences you can have. Try on a pair and learn to move efficiently and safely while snowshoeing for fun or racing.
- Prepare by layering apparel; wicking and comfortable materials are best, with light hat and mittens or gloves. Gators or thin water repellent pants or jackets are advised. Be sure to bring water.
- Stick around after the clinic for a NIGHTTIME 5k snowshoe race! Race starts at 6:15pm, so bring a headlamp. Later in the evening at 7pm, there is a fat bike race too!
Bootcamp
(discounted for Club Members)- Strength, conditioning, and flexibility specific exercises to meet the muscular needs of a triathlete (With a minor emphasis on running form). 15 min. Warm up, 15 min. Workout, 15 min Core and cool down. Resistance and body weight workouts are the focus of the 2 sessions of 4- week “boot camp” style group training classes. Form drills, plyometrics, HIIT, stations, Flo Yoga and just some of the workouts you can expect, (optional 2-4 mile run outdoors after, weather permitting). Minimum 4 participants required.

Race Training Plan
12 Weeks- Pre-defined personalized, periodized 12-week triathlon training plans to get you ready for your target race. Athletes are expected to be able to make small changes/tweaks to the schedule on their own based on any personal constraints or conflicts. Regular check-in with Coach to measure progress/answer questions. Intended for experienced triathletes looking for a roadmap.

Personalized Coaching
3, 6, 12 Months Available- Highly personalized, periodized triathlon training program based on the race goals of the dedicated triathlete. Plans are provided to athletes in 2-week intervals and include daily workouts for all 3 disciplines plus strength training and rest/recovery days. Athletes have unlimited email access for support or questions.

Kayak Clinic

Learn all about the basics of kayaking in this 2 day clinic. Must have own kayak, PFD, and paddle (limited ones to “borrow” available on registration page).

Open Water Swim Clinics
4 sessions available this season-
The Open Water Swim Clinic is geared towards those new to the sport of triathlon or those lacking confidence in the open water. Clinic is held rain or shine. Please be prepared to be in the water at 7:30. Clinic runs to approximately 9am. Bring your bike and take a spin around the Summer Solstice Sprint or Blackstone Valley Olympic Tri bike course afterwards!

Stand Up Paddleboard Clinic

(SUP) is the fastest growing water sport so it’s no surprise to see SUP triathlons popping up across the state (like any of the MRA events this season)!

Stand up paddling (SUP) has a short learning curve and with the proper technique you can limit fatigue by accessing large muscle groups, improve board control, gain speed, and improve your confidence, all while putting you ahead of the pack.
